Creators may earn revenue through subscriptions, tips, ads, and merchandise. Podium takes a commission on certain transactions as disclosed in the creator dashboard.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Podium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
